Easyscoop offers curated gift boxes containing kawaii-themed products.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that:
You select a color theme and the number of scoops.
The individual products included in your gift box are selected by our team based on your chosen theme.
Products may vary and will be selected from our available assortment.
Product images, descriptions, and examples are provided for illustration purposes. The exact contents of each gift box may vary depending on availability and the selected theme.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed on our website are listed in the applicable currency and include applicable taxes where required by law.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely through our payment providers.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.
4. Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Estimated shipping time is 7–12 working days after dispatch.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our control, such as customs delays, courier delays, public holidays, or high-volume periods.
5. Returns & Refunds
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be processed once returned items have been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
